OCL Iron and Steel jumps on SPV acquiring 100% stake in B S Ispat

OCL Iron and Steel is currently trading at Rs. 50.70, up by 2.90 points or 6.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 47.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 50.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 50.70 and Rs. 49.10 respectively. So far 3,108 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 68.90 on 03-Jan-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 36.50 on 24-Nov-2011.

OCL Iron and Steel is engaged in manufacture and sale of cement and refractory products, steel and sponge iron products and operations relating to the real estate sector.
