Credit Suisse (Singapore) has sold 16.60 lakh shares of MEP Infrastructure Developers through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of 62.71 valuing the transaction to Rs 10.41 crore. On the other hand, Jhaveri Trading and Investment has bought 10 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 62.06, through open market route valuing the transaction at Rs 6.20 crore.
MEP Infrastructure Developers is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence. MEP Infra is in the business of pure toll collection projects as well as OMT projects, which involve maintenance obligations in addition to toll collection on operational roads (including highways) constructed by third parties.
