Money Matters Financial Services has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.

The company’s consolidated net profit was of Rs 13.54 crore for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2012, against net loss of Rs 2.11 crore for the corresponding period last fiscal.  However, total income increased by 25.85% at Rs 199.85 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 158.80 crore in the year-ago period.

For the full year ended March 31, 2012, the company has posted a fall of 52.23% in its net profit at Rs 40.26 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 84.28 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 6.94% at Rs 511.50 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 478.31 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
