Ivee Injectaa has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on July 25, 2012, to consider and discuss the resignation letter received from the existing auditor, the change in the registered office of the company and to fix date, time and venue for convening general meeting of members and also for the appointment of new auditor to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of existing auditors.
