Andhra Bank has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.
The Bank has reported a net loss of Rs 1,233.61 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, against net loss of Rs 2,535.83 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the Bank marginally increased by 4.34% at Rs 5,313.53 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 5,092.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018.
For the year ended March 31, 2019, the Bank has posted a net loss of Rs 2,786.13 crore against net loss of Rs 3,412.53 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income of Bank marginally increased 3.10% at Rs 20,977.26 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 20,346.60 crore for the period ended March 31, 2018.
For the year ended March 31, 2019, on the consolidated basis, the Bank has reported a net loss of Rs 2,767.09 crore against net loss of Rs 3,394.39 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the Bank marginally increased by 4.63% at Rs 22,290.98 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 21,305.46 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.
