Zenith Birla gains on entering into one time settlement with Bank of Baroda

Zenith Birla (India) is currently trading at Rs. 0.55, up by 0.02 points or 3.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 0.53 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 0.51 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 0.55 and Rs. 0.51 respectively. So far 67 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 0.81 on 31-Oct-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 0.35 on 26-Jul-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 0.57 and Rs. 0.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7.22 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 8.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.32% and 91.10% respectively.

Zenith Birla has entered into One Time Settlement (OTS) with Bank of Baroda against the credit facilities availed by it. The Company have accepted one time settlement proposal and committed to act as per terms of proposal. Further strategically this OTS proposal will support financial position of the company.

Zenith Birla (India) is a leading manufacturer of Steel Pipes in India. It is at present engaged in the manufacturing of welded steel pipes (black & galvanized).
