Bank of Baroda to raise up to Rs 4,500 crore through QIP

Bank of Baroda has received approval from board for raising of funds for an amount not exceeding, Rs 4,500 crore through issue of equity shares through qualified institutions placement (QIP) subject to approvals of the regulatory and/or statutory authorities, as applicable. Capital Raising Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 25, 2021 has approved the same.

Bank of Baroda is engaged in providing various services, such as personal banking, corporate banking, international banking, small and medium enterprise (SME) banking, rural banking, non-resident Indian (NRI) services and treasury services.
