In furtherance to the outcome of meeting of the board of directors of the Company dated July 13th, 2023, Orient Tradelink has informed that it enclosed a copy of the postal ballot notice dated July 13th, 2023 (Postal Ballot Notice). Postal ballot notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off date i.e., Friday, July 14th, 2023 (Cut-off date). The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) to provide remote e-voting facility to its members. The remote e-voting period commences from 9.00 am (IST) on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 and ends at 5.00 pm (IST) on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL thereafter. Voting rights of the Members shall be in proportion to the shares held by them in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on Cutoff date. Communication of assent or dissent of the Members would only take place through the remote e-voting system. This Postal Ballot Notice will also be available on the Company’s website http://www.orienttradelink.in/ and on the website of CDSL https://www.evotingindia.com/
