Saboo Sodium Chloro has informed that pursuant to the Rights Issue and allotment of partly paid up Rights Equity Shares of the Company in the year 2022, the First and Final Call Money was received for 17788981 equity shares out of 17895050 equity shares, which were converted into fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company. Thus, on total 106069 partly paid up shares, the Company has not received the call money on time. Further, the shareholders were intimated through various reminders requesting them to make the payment of outstanding call money within the due date/extended due date/ Final date vide First Call Money Notice dated 26 September, 2022, Reminder -1 for payment of First and Final call money for Right Issue dated 29.10.2022 & Reminder -2 - Last and final reminder cum Forfeiture Notice for payment of call Money dated 29 December, 2022. The Company intimated to the shareholders in the reminder notice(s) that non-payment of call money would attract forfeiture. The Board noted that the holders of 106069 partly Paid up Rights Equity Shares have failed to pay the balance call money. Therefore, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today 04.08.2023 - took the decision to forfeit the said 106069 Partly Paid up Rights Equity Shares on which call money has not received by the Company, along with the amount already paid up on such partly paid up Rights Equity Shares. List of Shareholders who have failed to make the payment of outstanding call money on the partly paid up Rights Equity Shares along with the number of shares held by them is attached herewith.
