Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Galaxy Surfactants has informed that it enclosed a copy of Postal Ballot Notice dated November 10, 2023 along with the Explanatory Statement for seeking approval of the Members of the Company on the Ordinary resolutions forming part of the Notice. The Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only by electronic mode to the Members whose names appear on the Register of Members/list of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, December 08, 2023 and whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/Depositories. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository (‘NSDL’) to provide remote e-voting facility to its members. The remote e-voting period commences on Monday, December 18, 2023, from 9.00 am (IST) and ends on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 5.00 pm (IST). The e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL thereafter. Voting rights of the Members shall be in proportion to the shares held by them in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on Cut-off date Friday, December 08, 2023. It has informed that communication of assent or dissent of the Members would only take place through the remote e-voting system. The instructions for remote e-voting form part of the ‘Notes’ section to the Notice. The Notice of Postal Ballot is also available on the website of the Company at www.galaxysurfactants.com.
