TML Holdings (the Issuer), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Motors, issued and allotted S$350 Million in principal amount of 4.25% senior notes due 2018. The net proceeds from the issue will be used for the redemption of preference shares issued to Tata Motors and for general corporate purposes. Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, Citigroup Global Markets Singapore, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch and Standard Chartered Bank acted as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

It is the leader in commercial vehicles in each segment, and among the top in passenger vehicles with winning products in the compact, midsize car and utility vehicle segments.
