Further to its letters bearing REF:NS:SEC dated 30th April, 2024 wherein the company had given an advance intimation of the Schedule of Analyst or Institutional Investor Meeting(s) with the Company in terms of Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and bearing REF:NS:SEC dated 2nd May, 2024 wherein the company had submitted additional Presentation which would be made during the Non-Deal Roadshow (‘NDR’). Mahindra & Mahindra has informed that the Company on 6th May physically participated in NDR in Boston with Several Funds/Investors and the Presentation(s) which were sent to the Stock Exchanges vide its letters bearing REF:NS:SEC dated 14th February, 2024 and REF:NS:SEC dated 2nd May, 2024 were shared with them. The aforesaid NDR was concluded at 2:30 pm EST (12:00 am IST). The aforesaid Presentations are also available on the Website of the Company at the Weblink. The Company has referred to publicly available documents for discussions and no UPSI has been shared during the aforesaid NDR.
