Mahindra Two Wheelers to expand output

In the backdrop of rising demand for its Centuro model, Mahindra Two Wheelers (MTWL), a part of the $16.2 billion Mahindra Group, is planning to expand output to meet demand. Meanwhile, the company is open for new tie-ups for branding and technology.

Mahindra Two Wheelers reported sales of 24,245 units during November 2013, a growth of 126%. Domestic volumes stood at 23,831 units, a growth of 136% over the previous year.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
