Step 1: Get the Right Stock
How?
By looking at the colour codes of 10 YEAR X-RAY PRO and
LONG TERM PROSPECTS
1. By colour code
Companies where both the colour codes are GREEN are IDEAL
GREEN and ORANGE combinations are ACCEPTABLE
RED companies are to be AVOIDED
2. By Market capitalization
PREFER Large cap; AVOID Small cap
Step 2: Get the Right Price
How?
By checking out the MRP and Discount Price of the stock
1. MRP is the real worth of the stock,
based on fundamental valuations
2. Discount Price is a safe BUY price
factoring in a Margin of Safety
(MOS) to its MRP

How to Interpret?
If CMP* is Below DP*, the stock is in the BUY zone
If CMP is Above MRP, the stock is
in SELL zone
If CMP is Between DP & MRP, the stock is in HOLD zone
*CMP = Current Market Price
*DP = Discount Price
Step 3: Get the Right Timing
How?
By checking out the Right Timing signals, generated by combining the two tenets of investing -
Fundamentals and Technicals.
BUY / SELL / WAIT signals are generated based on MRP, Discount Price and Price Chart
of the stock, so that you can maximise returns and minimise losses
How to Interpret?
The following signals are generated to help you get the Right Timing for any stock
Consider BUY / BUY - generated when CMP* is below DP* & technicals show a BUY
Strong BUY - generated when CMP is well below DP & technicals show a BUY
Consider SELL - generated when CMP is above MRP & technicals show a SELL
Strong SELL - generated when CMP is well above MRP & technicals show a SELL
WAIT - When CMP is between MRP & DP / When CMP is below DP or above MRP & no
signal generated
Recent BUY - informs you that a BUY signal has been generated in the recent past; and that
the CMP is still below DP. You may invest within the indicated Price range.
Recent SELL - informs you that a SELL signal has been generated in the recent past; and that
the CMP is still above MRP. You may invest within the indicated Price range.
Besides this, you will see an additional signal generated for Nifty 50 stocks i.e.
BUY Zone- generated when the CMP is nearing/reached or crossed Discount Price and
indicates that it is time to buy in tranches (say 5-10% to invest now).
These signals will reflect in:
a. The Price Chart of the stock
b. Your EvaluatedList
You will also receive Alert mails in case of Buy/Sell signals
* CMP = Current Market Price *DP = Discount Price
