Betala Global Securities was incorporated as a public limited company on October 27, 1994. It is engaged in the business of investments and lending business.
The company was delisted from Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) with effect from March 07, 2007. BETALA incurred heavy losses due illiquidity. Thus, a substantial portion of the capital has eroded because of the losses.
The registered office of the company is located at 24, Revanier Street, Chennai-600003, Tamil Nadu.
