Vikalp Securities Limited, a company limited by shares and registered under the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, is engaged in the business of share trading and finance and investment.
The company was originally incorporated on February 28, 1986, under the name of Vikalp Consultants Private Limited having three subscribers to its Memorandum of Association Rajesh Kasera, Om Prakash Agarwal and Arun Kejriwal. The name was subsequently changed to Vikalp Securities Limited with effect from November 23, 1994. The company came with its first and last Initial Public Offer in the year 1995.
