The name of the Company was changed to ‘Shradha Infraprojects (Nagpur) Private Limited’ on July 18, 2005 vide a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to a public limited company

The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Shradha Realty Private Limited’ on September 29, 1997 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra. The name of the Company was changed to ‘Shradha Infraprojects (Nagpur) Private Limited’ on July 18, 2005 vide a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Shradha Infraprojects (Nagpur) Limited’ by a special resolution passed on August 21, 2017. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued on September 08, 2017 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra.

The company’s Development Business spans all activities related to residential real estate development, from the identification and acquisition of land through to the planning, execution and sales of their development projects. Their residential properties include plotted developments, houses and apartments of varying sizes. Their Development Business also consists of the development and sale of certain commercial properties including those that are integral to the residential developments they are attached to. The Lease Business involves leasing of the commercial properties. Their commercial properties include corporate offices and educational institutions. They use a knowledge-based approach from internal and external sources in making land acquisition, development and lease/sales decisions. They utilise an outsourcing model that emphasises quality design and construction. They work with reputable domestic architects and contractors. This outsourcing model provides them with the scalability required to undertake large developments and this joint venture model enables them to focus on the core area of operations.

They are a real estate development company, engaged in the business of development and sale of residential as well as commercial properties (the ‘Development Business’) and the development and leasing of commercial properties (the ‘Lease Business’) as this provides them with stable cash flows. They are primarily operating in Nagpur focused on premium developments with presence in residential, Commercial and hospitality in mixed-use and single-segment developments.
