It has two main divisions i.e., chemicals and textiles. The chemical division is engaged in the import, distribution, and exports of a wide range of fine and specialty chemicals.

The company’s textile division has an installed capacity of 9,907 meters of fabric per day at its Hatkanagale (Maharashtra) plant. It exports products to European and Middle East countries.

In 2010 Black Rose Industries enters into Foreign Technology License Agreement .
