ICRA’s step down subsidiary merges with Axiom Technologies

ICRA’s - ICRA Techno Analytics (ICTEAS) has merged Axiom Technologies, wholly-owned by ICTEAS. The company has taken this step pursuant to the order passed by the Calcutta High Court.

ICTEAS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICRA, which offers software solutions & services.
