Milestone Global gets nod to sell its stake in ANA Hospitality

Milestone Global has received its board’s approval to sell 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each held as investment in wholly owned subsidiary -- ANA Hospitality -- to prospective buyers. The company’s board approved the same at its meeting held on June 14, 2011.

The company is a 100% export oriented unit (EOU) exclusively engaged in the manufacture of granite monuments, tombstones, and memorials. Its product range includes, Pre-Fabricated Staircase, Rough Granite Kerbs, Bollards, Pier Caps, Balls, Quion Stone and different varieties of tiles.
