Tata Motors’ Land Rover wins Autocar Asian Car of the Year 2014

Tata Motors’ subsidiary - Land Rover, the British brand synonymous with adventure, has further enhanced its reputation as the world’s finest capable SUV by being named Autocar Asian Car of the Year 2014 and bringing the total to 69 major awards for the Range Rover to date. The award was presented to Ralf Speth, CEO of Jaguar Land Rover, at the Beijing Auto Show. 

The prestigious honour is judged by 20 of the region’s most respected motoring journalists, including the editors of Autocar magazine in China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Collectively, jury members have nearly 200 years of experience writing about and testing cars.
