PVR board to consider dividend

PVR has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2014 to consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 and shall discuss for recommendation of dividend if any, fix the date of Book Closure and decide the date of Companys next Annual General Meeting.
