AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 4,49,931 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on April 21, 2014, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,01,80,060 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 47,06,29,991 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
