Kamat Hotels to sell properties in Mumbai and Goa for Rs 450 crore

Kamat Hotels (India) is all set to sell its mid-scale properties in Mumbai and Goa for around Rs 450 crore. VITS, a four star business hotel launched in 2007, located on the Andheri Kurla road in Mumbai is up for the sale. This 190 keys property is available for outright sale at a reserve price of Rs 275 crore.

Similarly, the Lotus Resort located close to Benaulim beach in Goa is also put on the block by the company. This property which is valued at Rs 38 crore is inviting non-binding expression of interest from investors.
