Tata Sponge Iron board recommends Dividend

Tata Sponge Iron has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2014, has recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share (100%) share for the year ended March 31, 2014. The cash outflow on account of dividend will be Rs 1540 lacs and for tax on distributed profit including Education Cess will be Rs 261.72 lacs.
