AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 18,325 equity shares of Rs 10 each on April 28, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,06,29,991 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 47,06,48,316 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
