With reference to earlier announcement dated April 11, 2014 and April 23, 2014 regarding the declaration of final dividend, State Bank of Travancore has now informed that the Board of Directors has not approved the payment of any final dividend to the shareholders of the Bank in the Board Meeting dated April 25, 2014.
