OnMobile Global informs about resignation of Director

OnMobile Global has informed that  Rentala Chandrashekhar has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. April 29, 2014 due to recent policy decisions in his current organization about associations of full time employees with other commercial organizations in Board/Advisory positions. The Board of Directors of the Company, vide their circular resolution dated April 29, 2014, has taken note of his resignation and placed on record its appreciation for the assistance and guidance provided by Chandrashekhar during his tenure as Director of the Company.
