JSW Energy has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2014, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs 2 per Equity Share of Rs 10 each (20%), on the paid up Equity Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Dividend recommended as above, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on July 24, 2014.
