Sterlite Technologies board recommends Final Dividend

Sterlite Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2014, has recommended a Final Dividend of 15% (Rs 0.30 on Equity Share of Rs 2 each of the Company) for approval by the shareholders of the Company. The Dividend, if declared in the Annual General Meeting will be paid within the statutory time limits.
