IDBI Bank board recommends Final Dividend

IDBI Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on April 30, 2014, has recommended final dividend of Rs 0.275 per share for the year 2013-14. As approved by the Board, the date of dispatch of dividend warrants would be July 17, 2014 and date of payment of dividend would be July 24, 2014.
