JSW Energy has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from July 15, 2014 to July 23, 2014, both days inclusive for the purpose of payment of dividend and 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on July 23, 2014. The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on July 24, 2014.
