AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 66,209 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on May 12, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,06,72,204 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 47,07,38,413 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
