Bajaj Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 14, 2014 has recommended Dividend of Rs. 16 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, subject to approval of the shareholders at the annual general meeting to be held on July 16, 2014. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders, will be credited / dispatched between July 21, 2014 to July 23, 2014.
