NIIT Technologies has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 24,350 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on May 15, 2014. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 60,725,524 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,255,240.
