Aurobindo Pharma board to consider second Interim Dividend

With reference to earlier announcement letter dated May 19, 2014, informing that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 30, 2014, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March, 2014, Aurobindo Pharma has now informed that at the Board Meeting to be held on May 30, 2014, the Board will also consider the proposal of payment of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2013-14.
