Larsen & Toubro's (L&T) subsidiary -L&T Construction has bagged new orders worth Rs 2458 crore across various business segments in May 2014. In Power Transmission & Distribution Business, the company has received orders worth Rs 1634 crore both international and domestic markets. While in Buildings & Factories Business, the company has secured orders worth Rs 517 crore. Meanwhile, the Transportation Infrastructure Business of the company has bagged a new order worth Rs 307 crore for the design build and turnkey construction of a 4 lane Elevated Corridor Project in Kolkata, West Bengal.
