AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 2,04,817 equity shares of Rs 10 each on June 02, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,09,41,143 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 47,11,45,960 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
