Assam Co to Buy 70% in Colombian Oil Block
Date: 07-03-2011Assam Company has signed a pact with Sismopetrol and R3, Colombia, for exploration and production of an oil block called ANH EL Triunfo, located at Casanare in Colombia. The Company will acquire a 70% stake in the block from Sismopetrol and R3.
