Suzlon Energy Ltd.

Suzlon Energy’s promoter group entities - Tanti Holdings and Samanvaya Holdings - have together pledged 1.68% stake in the company in favour of IL&FS and Sicom. The two promoter group entities have pledged around three crore shares, representing 1.68% stake in the company.

Prior to this, Samanvaya held 1.07% stake in Suzlon Energy, the world’s fifth leading and India’s largest wind turbine manufacturer while that of Tanti Holdings stood at 3.17%.
