AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1,09,037 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on June 09, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,11,45,960 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 47,12,54,997 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
