Ruchi Strips & Alloys has informed that Deepak Upadhyay has been appointed as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 29, 2014. In terms of Clause 47(a) of listing agreement Deepak Upadhyay, Company Secretary will also be Compliance Officer of the Company.
