Punjab Communications has informed that Sh. Karan A. Singh, IAS has relinquished the charge of the post of Chairman of the Company w.e.f. May 29, 2014 and in his place Sh. D. P. Reddy, IAS has been nominated & appointed as Chairman on the Board w.e.f. June 10, 2014 by the Companys holding Company as per Article 128(a) and 158 of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and vide its letter dated June 10, 2014.
