Tata Power Company informs about change in Directorate

Tata Power Company has informed that S. Padmanabhan, Executive Director of the company will be taking over the role of Executive Chairman of Tata Quality Management Services, a division of Tata Sons Limited, effective July 01, 2014. Consequently, he will have to step down as Director and Executive Director of the company effective close of business hours on June 30, 2014.
