Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that ministry of power vide office order dated December 27, 2011 has conveyed the appointment of Rita Sinha, Former Secretary, Government of India and Santosh Saraf, Ex-Chairman Assocham as non-official part-time directors on the board of the company with immediate effect for a period of three years, or until further orders whichever event occurs earlier.
