Oil & Natural Gas Corporation has informed that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India vide letter dated June 19, 2014, has appointed Ashok Varma, as Director(Onshore),ONGC. He has assumed the charge of the post of Director (Onshore), ONGC on June 19, 2014(A/N). Further, the tenure of Arun Ramanathan and Prof. Deepak Nayyar, Independent Directors of the Company has ended on June 19, 2014 after expiry of the term of three years from the date of their joining of ONGC Board.
