Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from August 18, 2014 to August 27, 2014 for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on August 27, 2014. The Dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on August 27, 2014, will be credited / dispatched between August 28, 2014 and September 04, 2014.
