IT firm Hexaware Technologies’ board has approved allotting one bonus share for each equity share held by investors in the company. The Capital Issue Committee of the Board considered and approved the allotment of bonus shares in ratio 1:1 as approved by shareholders. The total shares allotted are 14,55,45,781, based on the record date of February 25, 2011.
