L&T Finance Holdings has informed that the Committee of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 26,340,000 (Two Crore Sixty Three Lakh and Forty Thousand) Listed, Cumulative Compulsorily Redeemable Preference Shares of face value Rs. 100 each at par on private placement aggregating to Rs. 2,634,000,000 (Two Hundred Sixty Three Crore and Forty Lakhs only) including all options, at its meeting held on June 30, 2014, to eligible allottees.
