AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 54,169 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on July 01, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,13,70,004 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 47,14,24,173 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
